FEB NCN contest is to do a BORIS YELTSIN caricature.
The amazing Jan Opdebeeck is running this contest with only one rule...NO DIGITAL!
Jan's work has always inspired and amused me.
This is my entry, done in ballpoint pen. I confess, the grays and blacks were done in photoshop, to save time.
